Total Data Migration did an outstanding job helping us recover critical data after a major issue. We had backup tapes that had been quick-erased by a hacker, and their team was still able to read past the delete header and recover the information. They were also able to retrieve data from encrypted VM hosts, which saved us a tremendous amount of time and work that would have gone into rebuilding everything from scratch. Their expertise, responsiveness, and persistence made a huge difference for us. I have not had this level of service excellence in many years. I have videotapes from the 80s that seemed beyond repair, and Total Migration has done what I can only call a miracle, in restoring the footage.
